CONCEPT / IDEA

The project achieves a flexible distribution of space depend on users request, which are changing in time and personal living situation. (family, earnings etc.). The scenarios are changing the distribution of private and shared public space in-between the living units.
The tools are volumes and boxes, which are placed to achieve the highest flexibility and interconnections in changing the living scenarios.

URBAN CONCEPT

The project is interconnecting the underground and overground building mass to explore the site in both conditions. By creating a under ground part through terracing the topography, which is offering the same living qualities as the over ground part. (light, greenery, sky view)
